Requirements
- Graduation from a standard high school or equivalent diploma.
- Four years of experience in at least two of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, electronics, and carpentry/masonry.
Responsibilities
- Performs preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment.
- Performs any carpentry/masonry related duty to make any necessary repairs or modifications as needed.
- Repairs, maintains, and installs electrical systems, plumbing systems and their components.
- Operates, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems and components including building automation systems.
- Operates, maintains, and repairs vehicles including tractors, forklifts, boom lifts, loaders, large trucks, and motorized carts.
- Maintains and repairs all small equipment used in the maintenance area.
- Supervises temporary help, performs concrete work, lock repairs and moves equipment and furniture as needed.
