We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to handle troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of production equipment in a clean, safety-driven, and high-volume food manufacturing environment. Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or production required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work variable hours or weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with conveyors, automation systems, and PLCs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems .
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
• Conduct routine inspections and log all maintenance activities.
• Perform light fabrication, plumbing, and general facility repairs.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S and GMP standards.
• Follow all FDA, GMP, OSHA , and company safety procedures (including lockout/tagout).
