About The Position

If you’re the kind of person who likes figuring out why a machine went down—and getting it back up fast—this is your kind of role. You’ll be working hands-on with industrial equipment, troubleshooting issues, making repairs, and keeping production running. No two days are exactly the same, and your work directly impacts how smoothly operations run.

Requirements

3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical, electrical, or industrial)
Strong troubleshooting skills—you can figure things out without being told step-by-step
Experience working with industrial equipment
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic tools (like multimeters)
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
Understanding of safety practices (lockout/tagout, etc.)
Ability to handle physical work (lifting, climbing, being on your feet)

Nice To Haves

Maintenance-related certifications (HVAC, electrical, OSHA, etc.)
Experience with PLCs, controls, or automation systems
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Familiarity with CMMS systems

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, and other machinery
Replace worn parts like bearings, belts, seals, and valves
Help install and set up new equipment
Use CMMS to track work orders and document repairs
Read schematics and manuals to diagnose problems
Respond to breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime
Work with other technicians to solve more complex issues
Keep tools, parts, and work areas organized and safe
