A career as a Maintenance Tech II entails maintaining the guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property with your primary focus on guest relations and problem resolution. This role will require a variety of skills that include but are not limited to painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown, and popcorn ceilings. Requirements

1-2 years’ experience in maintenance.
Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with guests in English
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Valid driver's license
Ability to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning.
Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment and replace caulk tile/grout door repair to include locking mechanisms and hinges.
Inspects rooms for pest intrusion and inspects and replaces cosmetic appliance components.
Replace light bulbs and ballast, repair closet/drapery tracks, replace furniture, and repair knicks and gouges.
Detailed documentation in English is vital for maintaining logs and inspection sheets.
