From preventive equipment maintenance to inspections and general facility upkeep, your work will directly support operations that never slow down. Schedule you can plan your life around: Enjoy a 4-day workweek with shifts from 5:00 AM–3:30 PM. We follow an 8-week rotating schedule, where you’ll work 3 weekends total—two 3-day weekends and one 2-day weekend—giving you extended stretches of time off to recharge. But wait, there’s more! Overview Perform daily maintenance tasks, including equipment preventive maintenance, inspections, and facility maintenance.

Requirements

  • High School diploma / GED required
  • Technical / Trade training / Sheetz training required
  • Minimum 3 years maintenance experience required
  • Electrical background and safety training required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with conveyor systems, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), bulk handling systems, packaging equipment, welding, metalworking, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily preventive maintenance on food manufacturing and production equipment.
  • Trouble-shoot all equipment failures during production to reduce down time.
  • Conduct all work with a high level of cleanliness to ensure compliance with AIB, USDA, and FDA sanitation guidelines.
  • Embrace and follow all OSHA and Sheetz safety practices.
  • Perform general maintenance duties for facility and offices.
  • Assist members of the maintenance team with any projects as needed.
