We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and self-directed Maintenance Technician II to support the day-to-day maintenance operations for Core 3. This role requires a strong working knowledge of residential systems and the ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete repairs with minimal supervision. Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of residential or multi-family maintenance experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience with appliances and HVAC systems preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid Driver’s License (Required)
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete service requests in a timely and efficient manner
Perform skilled repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliance repair, and general HVAC maintenance
Complete full unit turns make-readies), including identifying potential maintenance concerns before move-in
Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and within required timelines
Communicate professionally with residents regarding service updates, scheduling, and resolution
Coordinate and schedule work orders directly with residents when needed
Document all work performed, materials used, and notes in the company’s property management software daily using a company-provided device
Assist in identifying preventative maintenance opportunities
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in an organized and professional manner
Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation (additional compensation provided)
