Your Opportunity, Your Team Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technician II performs a variety of general maintenance and service responsibilities. Maintenance Technician II installs, maintains, repairs and fabricates plant equipment and facilities. You will focus on inventory management, documentation and maintenance planning. You will work onsite and report to the Facilities Manager working from Sun-Wed 7pm-5:30am. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Bethlehem, PA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
  • 5+ years of experience is required, planning experience in maintenance preferred.
  • Must have primary and secondary trade skills.
  • Understanding of engineering fundamentals and project management skills.
  • Trade skills must include maintenance planner, electrician, carpenter, machinist, and machine repair.
  • Must have a broad knowledge of pneumatic controls, packaging equipment, conveyor, sortation, networking, HVAC and electrical systems, and a PC preventive maintenance programs.
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as assigned.
  • Must have the ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Process parts requisition forms presented by mechanics.
  • Maintain basic planning and scheduling of PM/PDM/CM and focusing on RCM.
  • Coordinate PM plans and schedules, document bill of materials, maintain PM procedures and frequencies.
  • Create master job plans for critical repairs.
  • Develop library of documentation and planning to ensure execution of tasks.
  • Support the installation, maintenance and fabrication of plant equipment and facilities.
  • Audits maintenance storerooms for obsolete, slow moving, overstock parts to minimize needed inventory.
