About The Position
The Maintenance Technician II position at Island Creek Village involves performing various skilled maintenance functions under limited supervision. The role includes minor repairs in areas such as electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, painting, and heating/air issues. The technician will be responsible for ensuring that apartments are ready for new tenants by performing clean out and demo work, general carpentry duties, drywall patch work, and maintaining common areas. The position requires monitoring inventory, performing preventive maintenance, and being available for emergency on-call service after hours. The technician may also assist at other properties in the region as needed.
