About The Position
WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Walden Square, a 240-unit affordable housing community located in Cambridge, MA. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds, and parking lots. It requires a highly diversified base of knowledge needed to maintain the property and satisfy ownership and management objectives. Please note that the selected candidate will adhere to the following work schedule: Monday through Thursday, from 8:00AM to 4:30PM, and Friday from 8:00AM to 3:00PM (early release, but a full day's pay if there's no business need). Additionally, there will be an on-call rotation every 4 weeks.
