About The Position

The Maintenance Technician II-Pressure Washer is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and visual appearance of the property through pressure washing and related maintenance tasks. This position also performs preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and supports landscaping needs to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and guest-ready environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to operate or learn to operate high reach and scissor lift.
  • Ability to operate gas powered and electric pressure washer.
  • Ability to perform minor troubleshooting/repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to perform wall maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to speak and write English clearly & articulately with a positive, professional & pleasant manner
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrates keen attention to detail and quality product.
  • Ability to operate a motorized vehicle, including battery-operated golf cart.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must meet acceptable attendance and punctuality requirements, which are essential functions for the position.
  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property and villa inspections to identify and prioritize pressure washing needs.
  • Pressure wash exterior common areas, sidewalks, villas, and public buildings.
  • Clean roofs and gutters on villas and public buildings.
  • Operate heavy machinery such as high-reach lifts, telescopic lifts, and scissor lifts as needed to access elevated areas.
  • Utilize the Nuvola Ticket Management System to manage assignments and document completed work.
  • Perform minor surface maintenance, including painting, caulking, patching, sealing, and applying texture finishes to walls and ceilings.
  • Maintain lighting in all assigned buildings.
  • Identify and report safety concerns, recommending corrective actions when appropriate.
  • Conduct general villa inspections and resolve basic maintenance issues.
  • Operate and check plumbing systems to ensure proper function.
  • Verify HVAC units are operating efficiently and set to optimal temperatures.
  • Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
  • Assist with landscape maintenance and repair as needed.
  • Operate forklifts, front loaders, and other equipment to transport materials or debris safely.
  • Clean gutters and remove debris from roofs and surrounding areas.
  • Trim trees and vegetation to maintain clearance above rooflines.
  • All other duties as assigned
