About The Position
WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Preserve North Residences, a 284-unit mixed-use community located in Peabody, MA. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots. Please note that the schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with a rotational on-call schedule of every 5 weeks.
