About The Position
WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Kings Villages, a 313-unit residential community located in Pasadena, CA. This position is crucial for maintaining our properties and ensuring resident satisfaction through technical knowledge and excellent customer service. The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with a rotational on-call schedule of every other week. Additionally, this opportunity offers a 3-bedroom on-site living housing unit.
