About The Position

Our Environmental Services Team brightens the lives of our residents by maintaining a clean, safe and pleasant community. The position involves performing carpentry and painting tasks as well as outdoor maintenance including snow removal. Additionally, the role requires monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The individual will also unload delivery trucks and transport deliveries as needed. This position requires working evening shifts, every other weekend, and some holidays.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare setting
• Some plumbing or electrical experience preferred
• Solid computer skills
• Must be a team player while being able to work independently
• Must have excellent attendance history
• Must enjoy being of service to senior adults
• HVAC certification and knowledge of Life Safety Codes strongly preferred
