  • Typically 2+ years of related experience.
  • Basic experience performing maintenance tasks on equipment, such as troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and repairing minor faults.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and basic repair techniques.
  • Certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
