About The Position
WinnCompanies is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Commons at Oak Grove, a 208-unit residential community located in Oakley, CA. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots. This position requires a highly diversified base of knowledge and skills needed to maintain the property to satisfy ownership and management objectives. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with rotational on-call. This position offers a pay rate of $25.00 per hour based on experience.
