POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the upkeep and repair of all equipment in the facility, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. This role involves performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, apartment turnover and diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment . This position requires supervisory abilities, along with extensive knowledge of institutional housekeeping operations, including supplies ordering, cleaning procedures, and equipment operation.
