Eaton Aerospace's FED Division is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at our Beltsville, MD location. Our Beltsville, MD manufacturing facility is home to 400+ passionate and creative team members. Requirements

• Two (2) years of related experience in industrial maintenance or Associates degree with a technical focus & one (1) year of related experience in industrial maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR.

Nice To Haves

• Four (4) years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Two (2) years of experience in CNC machining maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate break-fix and preventative maintenance with minimal supervision, including troubleshooting industrial equipment, dismantling equipment to remove and repair and/or replace defective parts, adjusting functional parts and control instruments within equipment, and testing equipment to observe performance.
• Construct and alter physical facilities to accommodate changes or improvements.
• Independently perform facilities and routine industrial maintenance.
• Assist other technicians on more complex maintenance issues.
• Provide support to other Technician I's and Apprentices as directed by leadership.
• Perform electrical power work under the direction of electrician, including running wires and cables, installing fixtures, and performing testing and diagnostics.
