Requirements

  • Must be available on weekends and have a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, golf/utility vehicles, and landscaping equipment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic cleaning, including sweeping, dusting, vacnuming, and mopping.
  • Maintain restroom cleanliness by disinfecting, stocking supplies, and using cleaning chemicals.
  • Empty trash cans and transport waste to outdoor dumpsters.
  • Set up, move, and stack tables and chairs tor civic events.
  • Assist with decor, including decorating, hanging, and rearranging items.
  • Use a hand truck for transporting supplies.
  • Maintain and organize the pool deck.
  • Operate landscaping equipment as needed.
  • Distribute dog waste bags.
  • Deliver fresh water to the dog park.
  • Operate a golf/utility vehicle.
  • Use basic hand tools (e.g., shovel, hammer, screwdrivers, paintbnish).
  • Monitor the property, identifying basic issues (e.g., irrigation problems, damage).
  • Organize and clean pool furniture.
  • Assist in storm preparedness for community amenities.
  • Assign barcodes and key fobs.
  • Answer phones, take messages, and respond via text.
  • Compose and review emails professionally.
  • Operate office equipment, including a copier.
  • Perform data entry using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Interact with residents and visitors professionally.
  • Accept and manage deliveries.
  • File, organize, and maintain records.
  • Open, close, and secure clubhouse offices.
  • Accurately log and track hours worked.
