About The Position
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician I to support equipment upkeep and facility maintenance within our manufacturing operation. This is an entry-level to early-career position designed for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving mechanical problems, and learning how industrial equipment operates. You will work closely with our Maintenance Manager and gain experience maintaining production equipment and facility systems. This is a growth-oriented position with opportunities to expand technical skills over time
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Dependable and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Trade school or technical coursework
- Previous maintenance or manufacturing experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, or mechanical systems
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment
- Replace basic wear components (filters, belts, lubrication, etc.)
- Assist with machine troubleshooting and repairs
- Support maintenance of facility systems (lighting, fixtures, minor repairs)
- Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas
- Document maintenance work performed
