Maintenance/Service Technician I We’re seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician I to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and “market-ready” apartment community. This role works closely with the Community Manager and Service Supervisor to complete apartment turnovers, respond to non-HVAC service requests, and assist with the overall upkeep of the property.
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and ability to take direction
- Basic repair and maintenance skills
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork
- Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment
- Must be able to physically complete assigned job duties and take direction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vacated units for new residents following a schedule
- Complete minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
- Assist with appliance replacement and key/lock changes
- Support cleanliness and safety of community grounds
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
