Maintenance Technician I The primary duties of a Maintenance Technician are the maintenance and improvement of our properties to ensure safety and appearance. The Maintenance Technician will complete repairs in vacant apartments, residential apartments, and common areas. The Maintenance Technician diagnoses and repairs issues involving HVAC or refrigeration (with the exception of handling freon), electrical, plumbing, elevators, swimming pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural and appliances. The Maintenance Technician also maintains property grounds by removing trash and plant debris. The work is performed in a variety of environments under the overall direction of the Capital Maintenance Officer. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm benefits-eligible, on-call position at Mainstreet Apartments in Clearwater, Florida.
