Requirements
- A reliable, teamâoriented problem solver
- Comfortable with physical tasks (walking, lifting, stairs)
- Willing to work some weekends/overtime
- Completion of a Fair Housing seminar within one year
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscaping
- Maintain exteriors, hallways, and community spaces
- Support pool upkeep and daily inspections
- Complete light repairs and service requests
- Work closely with residents, contractors, and your maintenance team
