About The Position

Are you looking for an opportunity to continue to enhance your skills while working? Do you have a desire to be part of a maintenance team working on commercial and muti-unit residential properties from turn-of-the-century to brand new structures? If YES, then we are looking for you!! We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented candidate to join our Maintenance Team. Normal work hours are M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm with some on call and snow removal hours.

Requirements

Must possess a valid drivers’ license and pass mandatory drug testing, background investigation, and physical ability screening.
Previous experience in maintenance preferred
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
High school or equivalent / Vocational Education preferred

Responsibilities

Complete daily assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Perform minor building, electrical, painting and plumbing repairs.
Demonstrate ability to work independently, demonstrate quality work and follow defined procedures while following through completion of tasks to meet established deadlines.
Demonstrate ability to interact effectively and in a business-like manner with other staff members, tenants, residents, service workers, and others
