About The Position

Maintenance Technician I, is an entry level position, with the ability and willingness to gain expertise that may apply to carpentry, plumbing, painting, or general mechanical skills. Duties include working independently or assisting other Maintenance personnel on projects. Duties include floating between tasks that are scheduled for the day, as determined by the Maintenance Supervisor for the current project and repairs needed.

Requirements

Knowledge and experience with a variety of maintenance-related tools and equipment
Basic math skills to measure and execute tasks
Accurate, conscientious, with excellent attention to detail
High school diploma or GED required
5+ years of general maintenance and/or building and grounds experience

Responsibilities

Perform daily building/maintenance duties specific to skills, floats from project to project
Duties also include general maintenance tasks as assigned
Operates mechanical, hand-operated, and power tool equipment with motorized moving parts as required based upon the task’s requirements (ex. May operate a hand power drill)
May operate machinery, including motorized lift trucks, scissor lifts, order pickers, etc.

Follows all policies and procedures set by All Seasonings Ingredients
Performs other duties as requested by the supervisor
