Maintenance Technician I - San Francisco, CA

Requirements
- 2+ years of handyman / craftsman experience
- Ability to perform basic repair and remediation on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Willingness to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment
- HVAC/R: 3 years + (Preferred)
- Commercial Facility Maintenance: 3 years + (Required)
- General Handyman Experience: 3 years + (Required)
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and refurbishments in multiple local facilities, including but not limited to
- Drywall
- Patching + Painting
- Tiling
- Basic Masonry
- Shelving + wall-mounted equipment
- Floor repairs
- Exteriors (roofs, gutters, landscape)
- Perform basic planned preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
