As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guestrooms, public spaces, and back-of-the-house areas are always in top shape, making our property a welcoming and comfortable place for all who visit. Basic drywall, painting/staining and wall vinyl repairs Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment Complete planned scheduled preventative maintenance. Replace faulty plumbing components. Detailed record keeping Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed by leadership What are we looking for? 6 months to 1 year related experience. High School Diploma or GED Can easily climb stairs and work on ladders up to 30 feet, push/pull up to 80 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
