Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance.
Valid driver’s license preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
Must be willing to work on an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

As instructed by Maintenance Supervisor, completes preventative maintenance activities.
Provide excellent customer service in fixing customer requests for maintenance support. This includes timely and responsive resolution to assigned maintenance requests.
Assist with completing maintenance service requests involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other types.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as scheduled, responds to emergency service requests (after-hour emergency calls).
Complete all maintenance work orders within assigned timeframe and make most apartments ready within five (5) business days of vacancy.
