Requirements

Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
Must be willing to work on an on-call rotation.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Completes preventative maintenance activities as instructed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Provides excellent customer service by timely and responsively resolving assigned maintenance requests.
Assists with completing maintenance service requests involving plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other types of repairs.
Participates in after-hours on-call rotation as scheduled and responds to emergency service requests.
Completes all maintenance work orders within the assigned timeframe and prepares most apartments for readiness within five (5) business days of vacancy.
