Maintenance Technician I Job Summary: Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations. Be aware of the condition of the building at all times and take immediate steps to correct any unsafe condition. Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the management team. Communicate and coordinate outside vendors regarding yearly maintenance of fire extinguishers, fire and sprinkler inspections, etc. Inspect and maintain all tools in excellent condition. Perform work area clean‐up and safety related duties. Organize and maintain storage areas. Report all major repairs to management team. Move furniture around office as requested by management. Install /wall-mount white boards, computer monitors. Any other requests made by management team or other company official as needed. Communicates clearly to coworkers and outside vendors. Responds to maintenance requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner. Is punctual and present at work when scheduled. Works independently and can remain productive without direct supervision
