About The Position

As our new Maintenance Technician I, you will support the maintenance team with essential entry-level tasks while building your technical skills. Your work will help keep equipment reliable and ensure a safe, organized environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Mechanical curiosity and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable and coachable attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance and lubrication tasks in Maximo.
• Operate basic shop tools such as drill press and saw.
• Shadow troubleshooting and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Organize and maintain the tool crib.
• Participate in safety and 5S activities.
• Supporting technicians with routine maintenance tasks.
• Learning troubleshooting techniques and safety protocols.
• Keeping tools and work areas organized for efficiency.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Demonstrate reliability and eagerness to learn.
• Contribute to a safe and organized maintenance environment.
