About The Position

Perform daily maintenance tasks, including equipment preventive/predictive maintenance, inspections, and facility maintenance and lead special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Technical / Trade training required
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience required

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly preventive maintenance checks and repairs on common area equipment and building components.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures on common area equipment and building components.
• Participate in special projects to ensure completion in a timely manner
• Perform general maintenance duties for facilities and grounds.
• Follow all safety practices
• Assist members of the maintenance team with any projects as needed.
• Assist Sanitation Team with cleaning tasks that involve significant equipment disassembly or lifting equipment.
