About The Position
The City of Midwest City is accepting applications for a Maintenance Tech I in the Wastewater Department. The incumbent performs maintenance and repairs on the wastewater treatment plant and lift stations.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED required
- Must possess or obtain a Class "D" wastewater certification within one year of employment from the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality
- Must possess a valid Oklahoma driver license and be insurable
- This position is designated as safety/security sensitive and is subject to pre-employment, reasonable suspicion and random drug and alcohol screening

- Mechanical and electrical skills preferred
