About The Position
As a Maintenance Technician I, you will coordinate tasks and supplies to prepare vacant units for re-occupancy and assist the maintenance team with special projects. This role involves maintaining the overall condition of the property, including exteriors, common areas, and vacant units, while performing preventative and corrective maintenance. You will also maintain relationships with residents and vendors, ensuring the property remains safe, attractive, and comfortable.
