About The Position

In this hands‑on role, you’ll support reliable production by maintaining and troubleshooting critical electrical and instrumentation systems. The Role & Your Impact You will maintain and optimize plant electrical and control systems by: Installing, calibrating, and maintaining process control instruments Troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment up to 480V/600V Diagnosing PLC, VFD, and automation system issues to minimize downtime Performing preventive and predictive maintenance Supporting equipment upgrades, installations, and shutdowns Following all safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, NEC, NFPA)
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read electrical schematics, control diagrams, and P&IDs
- Strong troubleshooting skills and safety mindset
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree or trade certification in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation
- PLC experience (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens)
- Licensed Electrician or ISA CCST certification
- Experience with SCADA, HMI, or industrial networks
Responsibilities
