Synairgy Mechanical is looking for a reliable and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team on Maui. Requirements
- EPA Certification encouraged
- 1+ year HVAC experience preferred
- NATE Certification is a plus (testing available in-house)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Identify potential system issues and recommend solutions when appropriate
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
- Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and service updates
- Complete service tickets and collect payments when necessary
- Ensure your vehicle remains stocked with required tools and parts
- Attend training and professional development opportunities (company provided after 90 days)
