Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for being a part of the beautiful
upkeep, maintenance, and repair of apartment units and common areas within our residential buildings. This position involves a broad range of tasks, including
plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliance repair. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to our residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• EPA Certified
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the apartment community, including plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry work
• Conduct routine property inspections and perform preventative maintenance to ensure all systems and common areas remain in excellent condition
• Troubleshoot, service, and perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance
• Utilize EPA-certified refrigerant handling practices and ensure all HVAC work is completed in compliance with EPA regulations
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner, delivering excellent customer service
• Participate in emergency maintenance and on-call rotations, as needed, to support after-hours service requests
• Maintain accurate work order updates and service documentation
