Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning repairs
- Conduct carpentry, appliance repairs, and glass replacement
- Complete daily work orders as assigned by the supervisor
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies
- Perform apartment make-ready work
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
- Participate in preventive maintenance programs
- Follow all safety regulations and standards
- Assist with other duties as required
Requirements
- Must have own tools for plumbing, electrical, and basic repairs
- High School Diploma or GED with two years of related experience
- Ability to operate hand tools and equipment used in grounds keeping
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools
- Deal effectively with co-workers and the public
- Walk, stand and kneel for prolonged periods, climb a ladder
Benefits
- $22-$25 hourly salary
- $300/month Auto Allowance
