The position involves performing routine maintenance duties and repairs on community buildings and equipment. The role requires maintaining and repairing heating and cooling units, ventilation equipment, and refrigeration units as directed. The individual will also be responsible for making periodic rounds to check equipment and ensure that necessary tools and supplies are available for assigned tasks. Additionally, the position includes maintaining records of repair work, notifying supervisors of equipment and supply needs, assisting residents with move in/out processes, conducting property surveillance as needed, and submitting reports and recommendations to the Director of Maintenance regarding the operation of maintenance services. Other duties and special projects may be assigned by the supervisor.
