About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a newly opened hotel property. With the hotel being just four months old, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of a modern, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel maintenance, ensuring that all facilities operate smoothly and efficiently to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality maintenance, preferably with experience in new property setups
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Relevant certifications or licenses in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC are preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, resolving issues efficiently to minimize disruption
• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic standards of the property
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory
• Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of new equipment and furnishings as the property continues to develop
