About The Position
At Mercy Housing, we are on a mission to redefine affordable, low-income housing and create a more humane world where communities thrive, and all individuals can realize their full potential. As the largest nonprofit affordable housing provider in the nation, we build, preserve, and manage program-enriched housing across the country. The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. You are part of the maintenance team, responsible to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment. We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply. This is an on-site position at Francis Peak View, a 120-unit affordable property with family-sized apartments for area families in Kaysville, UT.
