Maintenance Technician, Floating
About The Position
Our Floating Maintenance Technician is a skilled worker who completes turnovers , work orders , and additional maintenance projects at any of our apartment buildings . By partnering with on-site teams to help them reach property goals and deadlines, the technician must travel as needed and independently complete work related to drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC . Our properties span the Greater Pittsburgh area from Beaver to Greensburg, with most buildings located just outside the city of Pittsburgh. This position does not require on-call . Requirements
- Complete an apartment turnover/make ready independently
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal and reliable mode of transportation
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
