About The Position
Responsible for assisting with operational maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial/industrial buildings, industrial systems, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities. Work closely with client to provide day-to-day support for ongoing projects. Responsible for building a customer relationship, hiring of staff, employee development, policy implementation and enforcement.
