About The Position

The position involves general building maintenance duties, which include plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and a strong emphasis on HVAC repair and maintenance. The candidate will be expected to utilize a computerized maintenance management system to track and manage maintenance tasks effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current/valid MA Driver's License.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, grounds equipment, and facilities maintenance techniques.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact positively in a team environment.
• Ability to perform all functions of the job requiring independent judgment, decision-making, and problem solving.
• Ability to work with computers/technology.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortable in confined spaces and working in all weather conditions.
• Ability to traverse across campus.
• Physical mobility and stamina to perform all duties required.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
