About The Position

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for building, installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of production and building equipment. This includes electrical controls, circuits, control panels, forklifts, cranes, company vehicles, and other operations equipment in the plant. You will solve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various production and facility equipment, (dis)assemble/install new machines, condition monitoring sensors, and equipment. Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns and replacing parts by operating machine tools, welding, or brazing as needed are key aspects of the role. You will follow a prescribed preventative maintenance schedule, collaborate with management to improve facility processes, and ensure safety devices are operational on all machines and equipment. Additionally, you will provide training for new technicians and maintain good housekeeping in your assigned work area. You are expected to act, live, and behave by TCF Core Values, with additional duties assigned as necessary based on location and product line.
