We immediately need a MAINTENANCE TECH | CREW MEMBER to service the extended Metro Atlanta Area from our Holly Springs, GA – West Branch. An ideal candidate would be skilled and highly motivated, focusing on working safely and providing outstanding customer service. The core requirements of the Maintenance Tech | Crew Member will be to complete lawn maintenance assignments efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to learn proper landscaping methods and procedures – In-house training can be provided.
  • Possess a Valid Driver’s License and Acceptable MVR for business travel if working in a Driver’s Role.
  • Must be able to complete the physical requirements of a landscape role requiring manual labor and lifting up to 60 lbs. in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to effectively and safely operate essential lawn care equipment, including mower, blower, weed eater, edger, rake, etc.
  • Perform landscape maintenance functions such as edging, mowing, digging, weed eating, pruning, raking, planting, mulching, and blowing leaves.
  • Hold yourself accountable for quality workmanship. Work with teammates to maintain neat, clean, and orderly conditions at the properties.
  • Meet with your Foreman / Crew Lead to understand Project Assignments.
  • Complete Hands-on leadership and training assigned to you.
  • Attend and participate in required safety meetings
  • Submit and review required paperwork: Timesheets, receipts, daily debriefs, inspection reports, etc. – accurately and timely.
  • Work following all local health and safety laws and regulations at the shop, yard, and on job sites
  • Help ensure equipment is always maintained and functioning correctly.
  • Use required PPE (personal protective equipment) to operate equipment / work safely.
