About The Position

As a Maintenance Tech I at Travel + Leisure Co., you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vacation units and buildings are in perfect working order, contributing to the overall guest experience. Your responsibilities will include performing general facility maintenance, service requests, and repairs, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Execute service requests and repairs as directed, including painting, appliance repair, and minor electrical work.
• Conduct maintenance work for make-ready units as instructed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement for general fixtures, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outside landscape, including trash removal and general landscaping tasks.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to the supervisor.
• Adhere to the company's safety programs.
