We’re hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician (Assistant Maintenance Manager) for Clearwater Heights in Louisville, Kentucky. This is an ideal role for someone with strong HVAC and general maintenance experience who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in residential settings.
• HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Universal Certification or Type I & Type II Certification in HVAC is Required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and teammates.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and sense of urgency.

Nice To Haves

• Previous multifamily or apartment maintenance experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing daily service operations.
• Step into leadership when the Maintenance Manager is unavailable.
• Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests and uphold our 48-Hour Service Guarantee.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and unit make-ready processes.
• Share in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and high-quality living environment.
