About The Position

The position involves maintaining equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and providing preventive maintenance. The employee will facilitate repairs as required and maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Testing new equipment as directed is also part of the role. The employee will maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Some computer knowledge is necessary to email and use forms related to Circle K. Participation in training for existing and new equipment is required. The employee will contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed and will increase professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Additionally, the employee will contribute to team efforts by accomplishing Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years' experience in the maintenance construction field or more preferred.
  • Must have manual dexterity to operate equipment and work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to use power and hand tools, required crouching and/or crawling, and able to use a ladder.
  • Experience in telecommunications is preferred but not required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in a high priority, confidential, demanding business environment.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and must be insurable as a driver.
  • Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
