About The Position

The Maintenance Technician/ATM role involves performing maintenance and technical repairs on ATMs, ensuring their proper functionality and customer satisfaction. This position requires travel within a designated territory and includes a 90-day apprenticeship program leading to full-time employment with additional benefits.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check including drug screening and no felony record.
• Experience in HVAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance on ATMs including card readers, printers, and testing devices.
• Conducting basic installation functions such as setting up and testing equipment, pulling cables, and mounting devices.
• Executing technical fixes like clearing paper jams, card jams, and bill jams.
• Inspecting products for correct operation and resolving issues or escalating as necessary.
• Prioritizing and planning service calls effectively.
• Working within a team environment and completing all required paperwork.
• Managing and maintaining service parts inventory.
• Contacting customers with estimated time of arrival for service calls.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
• Following key/alarm/combination control processes in assigned areas.
