About The Position

Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for Apprentice Resort Maintenance Technicians to monitor and maintain the resort facilities so that they are in good working order.

Requirements

• Ability to fulfill all Maintenance Technician qualifications
• Ability to be assigned a task and to complete task with little or no supervision from his/her manager
• Ability to perform daily checks with judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to assess job needs and develop an action plan for completion
• Developing good general mechanical skills and work practices
• Good understanding of safe work practices
• Good understanding of all electrical and plumbing shut off locations of all facilities and homes at Sugar Bowl
• Able to perform all weekly and monthly checks with minimal supervision
• Ability to start all APU's in company facilities
• Ability to operate over the snow transport and garbage haulers
• Snow shoveling as necessary
• Must have basic tool set
